Summer cold
Well today I feel utterly rubbish and I had planned to go to some local gardens that have some great wicker work. Just had some pain killers and hope I can get out later on this afternoon. I will add the pictures if I go at the bottom of this page.
Doesn’t look very exciting but I cleared all the weeds, forget me nots and planted up with Cosmos, Tobacco plants and dwarf Sunflowers. It will look better maybe next month as the flowers fill out and start to bloom.

J cat ‘helping’ me plant the flowers in the border. He makes a good foreman don’t you think?

This year’s display is a celebration of Alice in Wonderland. The books were brought to life for many readers by the illustrations of Sir John Tenniel, and this display – postponed from last year – marks 200 years since his birth. The willow sculptures have again been made by friend of the Park and local artist Leilah Vyner of Dragon Willow.
Hope you feel better soon!
