Spring Snow

Well, this has been a cold week; jumpers and hats back out of the cupboard!
Today we’ve had snow – just light flurries on and off today; blowing playfully through the tree blossoms and golden daffodils.
Very apt today as we were studying a poem by Wordsworth – I wandered lonely as a cloud.

I wander’d lonely as a cloud

That floats on high o’er vales and hills,

When all at once I saw a crowd,

A host of golden daffodils,

Beside the lake, beneath the trees

Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.
